Izuku is raised by Nezu after Inko died giving birth and dad couldn't deal with him. Grows up with lots of pro heroes to call his family. Izuku is born in a world were women are born with quirks but all the men of the world are all in America. Hisashi takes Izuku to America after Inko doesn't want him since he's a man and is quirkless, but what if Izuku gains a quirk and goes back to Japan? I don't own MHA just my OCs
