It's summer vacation and all Starlight wants to is relax. And guess what? The opposite happened! She finds out that her brother is part of a group that help people who are being chased by "Hunters". Hunters are part of an organization that capture psychics and are used for governmental experiments from scientists used to work for the government, but got fired for using to much abuse in their test subjects. And now those scientists are crazy and mental . Psychics. Her brother is a psychic. Along with his group of friends called "Category Psychic". How relaxing.
