In 1984, when she was 17, Dawn Fulmer was murdered in Los Angeles. Almost a decade later, two psychics gave her the power to be seen by people again, and since then she has been wandering LA passing off as a living person. She made a lot of friends along the way, but none of them knew of her past besides Rose. They were best friends until Rose went off to college. They didn't see each other again until 2017. By then Rose was married with two children (Julie and Carlos), so Rose decided to bring her into the family and adopt her. Having been a less popular musical prodigy herself and sometimes a member of the band, Izzy follows her best friends everywhere, including when they're thrown back into the world in none other than Julie Molina's family studio. Excited to see another girl, the two quickly befriend each other, and the band is more than excited to have a chance to play with each other again. However, Julie and Luke aren't the only members oozing chemistry.
