Ten years. 3,650 days. A lifetime of bestfriends and nothing more. "In all our years together," Dunk started "I didn't know you liked guys" "I didn't know I did," Joong responded, "Until I met Fluke." "Wait..." Dunk's voice cracked "So you mean, we've shared everything together for years? We've slept in the same bed, Joong. My head has been on your shoulder more times than I can count, and you didn't feel that spark with me? Not even once?" "Dunk... I've just never thought of you in that way. You're clearly gorgeous, But I just don't see you in a romantic way" "Are you saying Fluke is more attractive than me? Is he better than me? Is that why you could feel it with him in a few months, but not with me in ten years?" "Dunk... this is ridiculous, i don't get why it bothers you that you're not my type" "Is... is there something wrong with me, Joong?" "There's nothing wrong with you. You're perfect. But why do you suddenly care? You've never thought of me in that way either, Dunk. Not once in ten years did you look at me and want more. You never minded the fact that I didn't think of you like that why now? he laughed "I just..." Dunk started "You're my best friend. That's the box I put you in." "Don't pretend you mind being 'not my type' just because you're bored with your girlfriend." "I'm not bored," Dunk whispered.. "I have to go now. Fluke might get lonely if I leave him too long." The silence Joong left behind wasn't just empty-it was insulting. Bored. The word felt like a slap. Joong really thought this was about View? That Dunk was just looking for a distraction from a stale relationship? He was gorgeous. He was perfect. But he wasn't the type. It wasn't heartbreak-it was a sting to his ego. After a decade of being Joong's everything, he was suddenly just the guy who didn't make the cut. "You said I wasn't your type, Joong Archen? Well, suddenly... I mind."

Dunk was never meant to stay unnoticed. What began as instinct and raw genius pulled him into the professional gaming world, where talent alone was never enough to survive. Pressure followed. So did ghosts of a past that taught him how easily trust could break and people could leave. The team gave him a place. Joong disrupted his balance. Sharp-minded, controlled, and dangerously observant, Joong was everything Dunk wasn't trying to deal with. Where Dunk was sassy, guarded, and impulsive, Joong was precise, quiet, and unwavering. Joong didn't force his way into his world-he simply stood there, steady, waiting to see if he'd let him in. But in a world where everyone watches, every mistake echoes louder. Will Dunk risk his heart again? Will Joong's patience outlast his fear? When sass meets sharp edges, and hearts collide mid-game, only one question remains- Is love just another risk... or the win he never planned for?

Final-year medical students Pond, Joong, and William have exactly three goals: survive their last year, graduate with whatever remains of their sanity, and avoid getting publicly humiliated by their professors. Unfortunately, the hospital has other plans. Enter Dr. Phuwin Tangsakyuen, the cardiothoracic fellow whose face should probably be classified as a workplace hazard. Alongside him are Dr. Dunk Natachai, who knows everyone's business before they do, and Dr. Est Supha, who runs on caffeine, surgical skill, and questionable decision-making. With two days in cardiothoracic surgery, two days in neonatal medicine, and two days in general surgery, the students are trapped in an endless cycle of rounds, lectures, surgeries, night shifts, and increasingly suspicious eye contact. Pond is definitely not staring at Dr. Phuwin. Joong definitely has his life under control. William definitely isn't babysitting two grown adults. Nobody is developing feelings. Nobody is making bad decisions. Nobody is one inconvenience away from a complete emotional breakdown. As friendships blur into something far more complicated, hospital gossip spreads faster than medical records, scents become impossible to ignore, and six people discover that medicine can explain a lot of things. Hearts, unfortunately, are not one of them.

Pond has two problems. The first is Phuwin. The second is that Phuwin has been his problem since they were five. Unfortunately, growing up did not make Phuwin less loud, less shameless, less irritating, or less determined to make Pond's life difficult. It only made him taller, more athletic, more popular, and significantly harder to ignore. Which is particularly inconvenient when the six idiots who grew up together in the same neighbourhood somehow end up at the same university. Pond is trying to study. Phuwin is trying to have fun. Joong is trying to survive. Dunk is enjoying the disaster. Perth is actively contributing to it. Santa is just happy to be there. And somewhere between childhood fights, teenage disasters, university chaos, and years of insisting that they are **just friends**, Pond and Phuwin are going to have to deal with the one thing neither of them has ever been particularly good at: being normal about each other. They are still exactly the same six idiots. Only now there are exams, university dorms, new people, bad decisions, and absolutely no adult supervision. And Pond and Phuwin? They are just friends. Obviously. They have been just friends for years. What could possibly go wrong? (It's a PhuwinPond story ♡)
