Some calls save lives. Others destroy them. After one brutal shift exposes a truth she never saw coming, Dr. Abbey Martinez is pulled into a crisis far more personal than any trauma room case-her husband's addiction. With everything slipping through her hands, she must decide whether to walk away... or answer the call that could either save them or break them completely. Disclaimer: While this story was inspired by another writer's work that I genuinely enjoyed, everything in this story-that is, Abbey's storyline-has been created by me. The entire plot is based on the T.V. series, and I mean no harm or imitation, only to share my own ideas and love for storytelling.

Talia Robinavitch If you were to ask those who work at the Pitt to describe Talia, they would tell you she is pure sunshine and positivity. They would also tell you that you can't get a more caring and gentler nurse anywhere in the world. She is the 20-year-old daughter of the chief attending Michael Robinavitch or more commonly known as Doctor Robby. Not only is she known for her compassion and positivity she is also known for her naivety due to her only being a nurse for about 2 months. Because of this Dana Evans has made sure to take her under her wing and make sure her naivety that naturally comes with a new job at her age does not get her into any dangerous situations. More importantly a situation that may take her spark which is something the medical workers know all too well at the Pitt. Michael Robinavitch describes Talia as the miracle he never knew he needed. Surprisingly Robby is not Talia's Biological father. She was left in the hospital waiting room when she was only 1 month old. Robby who had only been working at the Pitt for five months chose to, at first, look after her for a temporary time until there would be a stable foster home for her. But after time and delays in finding her a home he slowly grew attached and she reminded him of himself when his own mother had left him when he was eight. After 2 months of looking after Little Talia he decided he himself would bring her up as his own and be the parental figure he always wanted growing up.

Studies show that, on average, Paramedics face assault every 46 hours and injury-causing attacks every 9 days, with injury rates four times higher than the national average. It is notewhile, of course, that female EMT's have a disproportionately greater risk of violence-related injuries. When Wendy Devlin elected to become a paramedic, she hadn't done so with the idea in mind to become a statistic. Unfortunately, it is also notewhile that life doesn't always go the way you expect. Or in which: she begins working alongside the same Doctor who saved her life, and in return, finds she might just save his in the long run. Frank Langdon x oc

Dr. Emilia Reyes is the sweet one in Pediatric Emergency, the doctor who crouches to eye level, who hands out stickers after sutures, who lowers her voice when the monitors start screaming and the world feels too big for the child in the bed. People underestimate her because of that. They see kindness and mistake it for weakness. They see patience and assume she will yield. Dr. Jack Abbot doesn't. An Emergency Medicine attending known for brutal competence and razor-sharp restraint, Abbot thrives in chaos. He does not soften the truth. He does not dilute hard decisions. And he does not step back when the room gets loud. When disaster forces him into her department, their collision is not subtle. He questions her restraint. She questions his ruthlessness. He pushes. She pushes back harder. Because beneath the calm pediatrician is steel, controlled and deliberate and more than capable of meeting him blow for blow. Abbot is simply the first man reckless enough to test it. In a hospital where resources run thin and not every life makes it home, Emilia has mastered composure. She has learned how to carry grief quietly, how to hold steady when everything fractures. What she has never learned is how to stand unmoved when someone sees straight through her. In an Emergency Department built on control, the most dangerous thing is not chaos. It is the moment you stop pretending you are immune to it. And some fires do not ask permission before they burn.

They work side by side in a place where seconds matter and emotions are a liability. Dr. Elara Hayes and Dr. Frank Langdon couldn't be more different-she leads with empathy, he with precision. But beneath the constant clashes and lingering glances is a tension neither of them can ignore... and neither of them is ready to give in to. I do not own any characters from The Pitt, the only one I am responsible for is Dr. Elara Hayes. Some of the storylines and characters are thanks to The Pitt writers but this is loosely based on the episodes

She lived for the thrill of procrastinating until the day an assignment was due, it was a drug to her. Meaning, it didn't surprise her parents or her uncle, Christopher Hart- the legendary surgeon- when she chose to pursue emergency medicine. The ER was the most chaotic, pressure-driven environment in the medical field. But it did surprise them when she told them she was moving to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After living in different places during her childhood and teen years, her parents finally landed in Chicago. She finished her medical school, with a minor in psychology, getting off debt free thanks to Chris, she started working in the heart of downtown. She started her residency, getting three years out of her hospital before she decided to leave. When she showed up to PTMC, she was finally a senior resident and the staff loved and respected her. But an arrogant, dark-haired doctor just loved getting under her skin. He'd cherry-pick his cases just so he could annoy her. And she hated it. Hated him. Hated his stupid, charming grin. Hated the ocean blue eyes that scrutinized her. Hated the (sadly) sharp jawline that flexed when she did something better than him. Everyone tried to ignore their bickering, but tensions rose to a new level when a new intern and medical students arrived. One with a very keen eye for inconsistencies. What happens when that one intern brings everything to light? Or in which The shift from hell shows the lies that they kept beneath the surface. the pitt s1-2 frank langdonxFEM!OC (all right for the pitt and it's characters go to the directors and writers.)
