Link knew what day was coming up. Personally he had dreaded it because he didn't want to screw it up. The Day of Flowers, a day of gifts and confessions of love. He'd been traveling with Revali for a long while and the question of what gift to get him was driving him crazy. Luckily a slip of the tongue gave him the perfect idea and he set out to retrieve the perfect gift. Hey guys Happy Valentines Day! This is a short little one-shot type thing I wanted to do for the occasion. This takes place in the same world and time as "A Lone Arrow in the Quiver" but at a random point in time during their travels. Consider it a little side story or side quest. Not important enough to make it into the main plot but not insignificant enough to not mention it. I hope you enjoy!

Solstice Day is time a time of joy and good will for all who inhabit Hyrule. It is a time of giving gifts and enjoying delicious chocolate confections! However, there is a slight problem. Revali procrastinated and forgot to secure a gift for the Solstice. Now it's only a few days away and he's panicking. Whatever will he do?

So everyone can read my stories, I am making them in english ! As you probably noticed, the story is going to be about ME. I'm gonna tell you the story of Breath of the Wild but on MY point of view. This may blow your mind, just saying. I am gorgeous, after all ! ... But it is not as easy as it seems, you know ? Mostly with Link taking all the glory, leaving me in the shadow... Well ! Link and Revali were never the best of friends, most people who knew then wouldn't even consider the two friends at all. But once Revali accidentally manages to trap the two in Divine Beast Vah Medoh, they grow to be just a bit more than friends. After all, when trapped inside a Divine Beast all you can really do is get to know each other.

The age-old Rito job of delivering letters throughout Hyrule is one that Revali has never particularly enjoyed but it gives him an excellent cover story to deliver his anonymous own love letters to Link! I wanted everyone to be able to read my stories, so I've decided to translate them in English ! I apology if my english isn't perfect, but I hope you'll enjoy it anyway ! So... It has been quite some time that I feel for doing a Revalink story. Even in Me, Myself and I I kinda hesitated, but I found the shipping between him and ... Well, more interesting for the plot of the story. Also, I think they are cute together ! And then I thought :"Why not making a whole new story for Link and Revali ?" So there it is : Romance Is In The Air !

The Calamity has been defeated, Hyrule is safe. It may take a good while but eventually the Kingdom of Hyrule might once return for the first time in a century. Everything is normal, up until something new appeared on the Sheikah Slate. Something that would not only change Link's life but the lives of those who suffered at the hands of the Calamity. Zelda sends Link to investigate what these mysterious new readings mean. His adventure is not over yet... far from it. Inspired by "Romance is in the Air" by @Azadia_the_Rito (please check them out their works are incredible) I've decided to try my hand at making a fanfic with the endgame being my favorite pairing: Link x Revali. I know it may seem odd to spoil but I want people to know what they're getting into. (BTW this is my FIRST time writing one of these so please bear with me) This will not be a purely romance story but it will be a major part later on. I just really wanted to dive into this wonderful world with my own touch, so here's how I'm going to do it. To start Revali is my favorite character in Breath of the Wild and I think all the champions deserve more story and interaction with Link. This will be taking place after Calamity Ganon's defeat so be wary of spoilers. This will be a SLOW burn and when I mean slow I mean like halfway between a snail and a glacier. Not crazy slow but just enough to make it worth the payoff. I'll say that right now no matter what happens there will be a happy ending because I can't bring myself to write a sad one. Not that it won't get sad along the way, oh no I'm going to take hearts and mince them into a fine chopped stew of emotion. I promise however I will preface anything I feel worth warning about in the beginning of each chapter in authors notes. No matter what happens I just want y'all to know that as long as one person smiles, all the work is worth it to me. Hope you enjoy! :)

Revali had been chosen to pilot a gigantic mechanical bird in the name of Hyrule. While he prepares himself to fight for the protection of Hyrule he couldn't help but grow to loathe the destined Hero, Link. However as time passes and (as Revali is somewhat forced to spend time with Link) those feelings change to something less like hatred and something more...loving.
