Andromeda Hargreeves was born in Greece, to a young, beautiful woman, who also happened to be a siren. She was adopted at age 3 by a man named Sir Reginald Hargreeves. She was adopted to 'replace' one of his Umbrella Academy students, number five. She was only 3 when she was brought to the academy, but she was by far the smartest of them all, and was brought along on missions from the age of 5. Sir Reginald Hargreeves soon found out that sirens age much slower than humans, and despite being born on the same day as the Umbrella Academy, she appeared much younger.
