The chains around both of her wrists dig into her skin uncomfortably, the princess letting out a small whine as she struggles against her restraints. "You are not my daughter, you are a disgrace to your kingdom." The King spits, grabbing Lia's jaw with his gloved hand. Hot tears stream down the girl's face as she hears a loud crash, the sound followed by running footsteps. The smell of blood reaches Lia's nose, the heavy breathing of a group filling the silence. "Your Majesty, please remove your hand from my wife's face before I remove that hand from your body."
