When a Hogwarts professor decides that they've had enough with house rivalries, they come up with a simple way to fix it. An enchanted parchment will be handed out to every student in years 5-7 and will act like an anonymous messaging system. In order to make sure everyone follows the rules, each student has to send at least 20 messages back and forth.
