"In a world this loud, numbness can feel like peace."
Dysphoric euphoria describes the coexistence of intense positive emotions and deep inner discomfort. As Destiny begins a new school year at East Highland High, she also steps into a new chapter of her life. Her only goal is to leave the past behind and make the best of what she has.
Along the way, she forms friendships with a group of deeply troubled teens, all trying to survive a volatile world shaped by drug addiction, trauma, and questions of identity, while searching for belonging and intimacy.
And somehow, Destiny fits right in.

I want to remind everyone that Euphoria is intended for mature audiences. The storyline is deeply emotional and deals with themes that can be triggering or difficult to read. Please only continue if you feel comfortable.
