While she is there she runs into a curious Katherine Pierce and one drained body leads to another and before Elena knows it, she's waking up in Katherine's bed.

She knows about her doppelgänger and her curiosity is bigger than her body. When she takes her eyes in baby Elena, she makes a promise, no one will kill her - she was the only one who will and if she wanted it. Elena grew up and now she doesn't know what to do. It's in front of a bathroom that she meets Stefan Salvatore and it's save by Katherine in almost all of her troubles. Who she will choose? The Salvatore's Brothers or the vampire bitch - who will make her life turn upside down?
