Kel is a shy young girl who struggles with a combination of events that lead her to a spiral of darkness. She is being bullied, her parents are against her dreams of being a musician and the only person she is close to (her grandpa) passed away. She is one day visited by a cartoon demon who scares her at first, but later offers to help her escape the darkness and gain a better life.
