My eyes were literally glowing, there was no mistaking it. It was not a reflection of light, or any of the other excuses I had used or others had assumed. They were glowing a light sapphire blue color. It was not a bright glow, but it was definitely a glow. Glowing eyes were not normal. Okay, at this point I had to admit it, I was no longer normal. In the final chapter of Ravonna and Aria's story, the latter's daughter, Serafina, is born. Meanwhile, the Return of the King is upon the Fellowship, and the war for control of Middle Earth is about to begin. The dwarves of Erebor still March undeterred towards Mordor, but worry does not arrive short of King Thorin Oakenshield and Queen Ravonna the White. For Aria, their sole heir to the throne, is still held captive in the Shadow Realm by the dark lord himself, and they are powerless to stop him. His secret weapon still grows stronger within Aria's womb- Serafina. But once Serafina is born, Sauron is about to make his debut back into the mortal world, and with none other than her help. Immediately, she falls to Sauron's alluring spell within the darkness, but the question is, will she be able to defy it? And will she bring herself into the light, to join her true family for the first time? This is the third and final Fanfiction novel in my trilogy, Daughters of Durin. The first book, Ravonna the White, follows her adventures with the Company of Thorin Oakenshield, and how she falls in love with the King. The second, Aria the Black, follows Thorin and Ravonna's daughter, Aria, with her and the Fellowship of the Ring as she discovers a dark secret about her true heritage. And the final novel in this trilogy (this one), Serafina the Grey, follows the finale to the Lord of the Rings franchise, the Return of the King. DISCLAIMER: I do not own any of the characters besides from Ravonna, Aria, and Serafina. Aside from the main storyline, any other scenes or events are my own. All other rights go to J. R. R. Tolkien and Peter Jackson for the original works, the movies and novels of the Lord of the Rings. I also do not own this image, credits go to it's rightful owner.

Even after the line of Durin is saved by Ravonna the White and the Company, darkness still lurks unpunished in the shadows. When Gandalf happens upon the one Ring to rule them all, the noble rulers of Erebor, Thorin Oakenshield and Ravonna the White, send their very own daughter, Aria, to meet with the high leaders of their realm. The Fellowship of the Ring is soon forged, and hope seems within reason for the fate of Middle Earth. But, for too long Aria's parents had kept a dark secret from her, one that compromises the Fellowship and even Middle Earth's survival itself. Will she overcome it? Or will Aria fall into the darkness, as her very own mother almost did? This is a sequel to Ravonna the White, my first Fanfiction novel following the adventures of the Company in the Hobbit. It is also the second book of my Trilogy, Daughters of Durin, taking place in Middle Earth. DISCLAIMER: I do not own any of the characters besides from Ravonna and Aria. Aside from the main storyline, any other scenes or events are my own. All other rights go to J. R. R. Tolkien and Peter Jackson for the original works, the movies and novels of the Lord of the Rings. The time has come. Erebor still lies within the Lonely Mountain, and Smaug has not been sighted for years. The regal line of Durin must reclaim their homeland once more. But, when Gandalf the Grey tasks Ravonna the White, the greatest sorceress of Middle Earth, to join the Company, she faces many great obstacles that she never wished to encounter again. Finding love with Thorin Oakenshield was never her plan, but that was not the only surprise her fate had in store. Darkness had once again found a way to creep into and to corrupt her heart, but will Ravonna be able to banish it? Will she be successful in saving the line of Durin- or will she fail? This is a Fanfiction following the adventures of Thorin Oakenshield in J.R.R. Tolkien's novel, the Hobbit. DISCLAIMERS: 1. I do not own any of the characters besides from Ravonna. Aside from the main storyline, any other scenes or events are my own. All other rights go to J. R. R. Tolkien and Peter Jackson for the original works, the movies and novel of the Hobbit. I also do not own this image, credits go to it's rightful owner. 2. There are TONS of mistakes and plot errors in this book. PLEASE keep in mind that I started and finished this when I was only ELEVEN YEARS OLD. Because this was the first thing I ever wrote, know that this is not a representation of my best work (if you do want to another Thorin fanfic from me, check out Rue, now online). I don't mind criticism, but please be patient and enjoy the story for the substance, not necessarily the accuracy :) Sending much love to all of my fellow Tolkienites and thank you for all of your support so far! I hope you enjoy this story!

Talia Rue Ashenstone had known Thorin Oakenshield all of her life. From running around the halls of Erebor in their youth to running into battle, they had always been the closest of friends, always at each other's side. But when life turned sour for the dwarves and the wounds inflicted throughout their lives piled high, they knew that some things just wouldn't heal. And no matter how deep their love for one another grew, they were heavily burdened people, beaten down for every last breath they took in the harsh world. But those two... They would always fight back. This is a Fanfiction following the adventures of Thorin Oakenshield prior to and during J.R.R. Tolkien's novel, the Hobbit. DISCLAIMER: I do not own any of the characters created by Tolkien or Jackson, except for, including, but not limited to: Talia Rue Ashenstone, Theresa Ashenstone, Lyssael, Beldan, etc. Aside from the main storyline, any other scenes or events are my own. All other rights go to J. R. R. Tolkien and Peter Jackson for the original works, the movies and novel of the Hobbit. I also do not own this image, credits go to it's rightful owner.

The life of a pirate's daughter is exciting, but what do you do when a villain is hunting you down and your father has abandoned you? You find yourself a new realm, meet new people and maybe fall in love. This is a reader insert fanfiction. I do not own any "Once Upon a Time" or "The Hobbit" characters/plots. Those belong to ABC's Once Upon a Time and J.R.R Tolkien respectively.
