While walking he meets a pretty woman and asks if she's seen any demons near by. The woman says no but she knows a way to get even stronger as a demon slayer. Zenitsu as himself doesn't feel strong enough and asks the woman how. She asks him to show her his arm. He shows the woman his arm as she pulls back his sleeve and jabs her finger nail into his arm. As Zenitsu yelps in pain the woman's voice turns into a man's."My name is Muzan. Don't forget it." #6 TanZen at some point

Tanjirou, Inosuke and Zenitsu was continuing their usual journey as Demon Slayers, but in a battle Zenitsu loses his legs. Tanjirou, who had fallen in love with Zenitsu but was yet to confess his feelings for him, stays with him and takes care of him as he recovers. Tanjirou continues his role as a Demon Slayer, but what is Zenitsu going to do?
