Cleo, Rikki, Bella, and Emma are going through some changes. They can speak with sea creatures, are getting new powers, different tail colors, and not to mention they can breath underwater. It's one year later and Cleo. Rikki, Bella and Emma thought it was all over. But once again the full moon is full of surprises. In this series these girls have to fight harder then ever to make it to the end.
