That was when Warner Brothers, capitalizing on the renewed energy and friendships, decided adding Stevie to the mix for a full-blown reunion concert would be a great idea. The Dance, as it was soon called, reunited 5 great musicians and friends...and also...a couple, 20 years smarter and saner and still very much in love. In this THIRD version of The Dance from GoldDustLinda77, you will follow along as Stevie and Lindsey finally clear the air in an effort to see, as they both approach 50, if love can conquer all...if they just sit down and talk and "let their secrets free, baby." Welcome back to 1997, that pivotal moment in history when Buckingham Nicks proves second chances are what happens if you "let the walls burn down" and talk it out.

Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks are the love story for the ages. Often tragic, always passionate, the magnetic pull and electricity between these two will always pull them together and perhaps push them apart. It was not long before the big question was splashed all over the internet... "Why doesn't Christine's death make Stevie and Lindsey just let bygones be bygones already and make up because life's too short???" But the internet - as well as Mick, John and everyone else involved in Fleetwood Mac - don't know the truth... Stevie and Lindsey have them all beat - they've already done that. After seeing one another in person for the first time since MusiCares 2018 at Christine's funeral, Stevie and Lindsey begin a series of phone conversations in which they repair their relationship. They talk about everything - past memories, present life endeavors, future hopes and dreams, even their own mortality. Their conversations inevitably lead them down the road of examining the past 55 years and everything they have meant to each other, and whether or not it is too late to honor the memory of their good friend and seize the moment, spend their remaining years on earth together.

After agreeing to create her first studio album in a decade in her luxurious Santa Monica home, Dave Stewart has added immeasurably to her life and her art, but there is still one thing they haven't gotten a handle on - "Soldier's Angel". Stevie knows that there is only one person on earth who has ever understood her and her art enough to be able to save the song that means so much to her... His name is Lindsey Buckingham. When Stevie calls Lindsey to come over and help her with the song, things get very emotional very quickly because - as revealed in flashbacks from Fleetwood Mac's 2009 tour - there is a lot of unfinished business between them, and it is the kind of unfinished business that will leave both of them questioning if the events that transpired one night on tour represent the worst mistake they've ever made, or the first step towards a reconciliation. Set in winter 1981-1982 at Château d'Hérouville in France. Fleetwood Mac takes to the (possibly) haunted chateau to film their next studio album, Mirage. Stranded in the countryside of France, tensions run high as Stevie and Lindsey are forced to coexist under the same roof while dealing with the aftermath of their debut solo records, the Tusk tour, and news of Robin's illness.
