Boruto Uzumaki, son of the seventh Hokage, has just returned from a long and laborious training mission with his master, Sasuke Uchiha. He came back, much more powerful then when he left and found himself attracted to his longtime friend and his master's daughter, Sarada Uchiha. But, of course evil had to follow him somehow... Convinced it is his only chance; Boruto left the Hidden Leaf and laid his loyalty to Lady Mitsune from the Secret Rock. Now that he has sworn his loyalty to them, he couldn't go back. Not even when Sarada came for him herself. Knowing there was grave danger waiting behind the walls of the Secret Rock, he pushed her away and still, she came back. This story is under heavy rewriting, even though the chapters have been completed but it is rewritten. How could this happen? I’m collapsed on the floor in the middle of the living room, his jacket crinkled in my arms. It faintly feels warm with his ghost. He was just here. Even in front of my own son, a space ripping in my chest. The place where my heart used to be. “You’ll be home for dinner, right?” “Absolutely." “Oh...uh...really?” Something dark crept into his eyes. “Yeah.” I said examining him closer concern starting to creep up on me. “Is that a problem?” “No, of course not. Sasuto will be happy that you’re home early. I think he’s got his shuriken test today…” “He does.” I smiled. Even though I’m not home often I watch over him all the time. He’s very much like his father. Always loud; making a fool of himself. “I’ll congratulate him.” “Good. I’ve uh...gotta go now.” “What for? You don’t have-” “I’ve got a meeting with your dad actually, ”Scratching the back of his head. “Not sure what it’s about. But I should be home before you. Oh, and Sarada?” “Yeah?” I turned. “I love you.
