I started The UnSlut Project in 2013 by sharing my own middle school diary entries, from when I was targeted as the school "slut", here on Wattpad. This collection expands the project to include the shared experiences of the Wattpad community, whether the writer has been the victim or witness of sexual bullying or "slut" shaming, or whether they just want to share their thoughts. As these essays demonstrate, these issues have affected and continue to affect many of our lives in deep, often dangerous ways. If you're currently being sexually bullied, you're not alone. 'In a room with no windows or doors the girl sat, leaning against the wall. She had been there so long that the sound of dripping water, or maybe blood, became all she knew...' Jade was taken captive on her 16th birthday by what the kidnapped all call the 'Black Cloaks'. Trapped beneath the ground, will she and the others manage to escape? [a/n: this is the first story I have ever written and for sentimental reasons I can't find the will to take it down like I should. Also, I wrote the description as a horror, which this originally was, but it's not anymore and I can't think of a new one.]

Meet Piper Hollows. She doesn't like to go out if she has the choice not to. She has things to do and is perfectly fine being in her room on Saturday nights, with her huge pride, her many piles of books, and her sketch pad full of the stick figures she loves to doodle. Starting to notice Piper's isolation from other people, her friends make a bet with her: if she can go on 12 different dates, then they will stop bothering her about her social preferences. But if Piper doesn't go, then they will forever continue to bring it up. As stupid as it sounded, Piper finally saw a way out and to prove that she just wasn't the type to go out and still have her pride intact. She relunctantly agrees, but things go unexpected such as: knocking out (it was an accident, she swears) one of the popular girls in school, actually having to attend detention (the horror!), maybe even making some new friends along the way, and probably having some of the worst dates possible.
