They didn't really go with your secondary gender as your everything (position, class, etc.) That was something completely opposite from the Jotai Kingdom with King Eni Todoroki and Prince Shoto. Status was everything, thus the name. So, when Enji demands the greatest omega for his youngest, he finds that Izuku fits perfectly. He demanded Izuku, but of course, the kingdom refused to.
