This is a small little book of head cannons I have for The Binding of Isaac. Nothing more, nothing less.

Isaac's mom has gone mad and tries to murder him under the command of God, but he escapes down into the basement, only to find even more terrifying creatures and horrible stories of the past... I do no own The Binding of Isaac or any of the characters in this story.
