She never told anyone until five years later when an orphanage goes into flames and their daughter Sarah ends up in the hospital with burn marks and a head injury. Who first finds out that she is the carbon copy of Meredith and has the same personality as derek. find out in surprise daughter! My spin on the greys anatomy series!
