Bryan Alkessio, sang Walikota mengumumkan secara resmi akan melakukan program pendampingan khusus anak Generasi Z yang lahir pada tanggal 13 dikarenakan dianggap sebagai generasi yang memiliki pemikiran hebat dan membawa pengaruh besar di masa depan. Alih-alih melakukan pendampingan, justru ternyata pemerintah memiliki niat tersendiri untuk memusnahkan seluruh Generasi Z tersebut karena dianggap menjadi ancaman besar bagi kebijakan pemerintahan yang ditelah dibuat olehnya selama bertahun-tahun.
