In a world bound by a single, dangerous agreement, 'marriage' is just a mask, and Pearl and Travis are caught in a game where trust is as fleeting as loyalty. _________________________________________ "It's none of your fucking business! You don't control my life, Travis. This isn't real, this ring is just... Isn't real! I won't be faithful to you or nobody!" I exclaimed. "I don't wanna do this" "Of course, you don't " "I don't wanna fight with you! What do you want from me? What do you fucking want? Should I fucking leave?!" He thundered and I paused, his eyes were eminent with rage, my heart beating heavily against my chest. "Tell me, Pearl" he took a step closer. "You're such a manipulative prick! You dragged me into this shit and-" "You hate me" he completed flatly "I hate you so much, I fucking hate you!" I gritted in rage. "Then say it" he urged. "Say it, Pearl. Tell me to leave. There's nothing that could change the way you feel about me." His voice dropped, rough and edged with something raw. "Say it. Should I leave?" His silver eyes pierced through me, sharp and unrelenting, daring me to do what he already thought I would. My breath caught in my throat as the weight of his words hung heavy between us, suffocating in their intensity. We were both breathless, caught in the throes of anger and something deeper-something we weren't ready to name. The room was too small, too quiet, except for the sound of our ragged breathing. "Yes," I finally forced out, my voice trembling despite my best efforts to sound strong. "Leave. Right now."

(COMPLETED) "I want to drown in you, Claudette, no damn blade can touch me and no rifle can shoot me down. I will always be crawling back to you on my knees-come battle or storm. Do you understand that?" ༄ 𝘼 𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙜𝙞𝙧𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖 𝙍𝙤𝙮𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙠𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙚𝙧. 1770. Claudette Bardot loses everything she ever had, in the fire that erupts in The Groaning Goblet Tavern in her quaint town of Alsace where she worked with her two sisters-Paulette and Laurette-as a waitress. With the Prince of Beaumontria's monstrous curse withdrawn, his marriage to Belle, and the rogue city of Alsace brought under the kingdom of Beaumontria, the new era was supposed to be a new beginning. But not for Claudette. Part of the doll-like beautiful triplets formerly known around Alsace as the Bimbettes, the sudden fire at the tavern brutally destroys her life as Claudette knew it, killing her two sisters and the kindly tavern owner Monsieur Warrick, stealing her dreams, freedom and her voice. But when Alsace is visited by a group of the Prince's Royal Musketeers, and Claudette runs into the elusive and strong Marceau D'aureville, her despairing heart might just have found something else to beat for, on this cusp of her journey where unbeknownst to her, a curse awaits. The Girl Who Was Quietly Exceptional In a town that orbits around the bright, loud bond of Lorelai and Rory Gilmore, there is a second daughter moving through the shadows of Stars Hollow. Adelaide Florence Gilmore doesn't ask to be admired; she spends her mornings at Luke's Diner memorizing the world instead of participating in it. While the town celebrates Rory's ambition, Adelaide masters the art of being "easy"-believing that silence is the safest way to exist. But as she catalogues the promises made and forgotten, a poignant truth emerges: love might not be a finite resource, but it is certainly unevenly distributed. One family. Two daughters. And the girl who is tired of being the only one watching.

Raised in luxury, born into danger. I was steadying my hands when the door suddenly shot open. Vincenzo stepped inside and locked the door behind him with a quiet click that sounded final. "This is the women's bathroom," I snapped. He shrugged, walking closer. "I don't give a shit." I tried to push past him, but he stepped in front of me, blocking the path like a wall that had learned how to breathe. "I don't like your fucking attitude," he said, irritation sharpening his voice. "What are you going to do about it?" I challenged, refusing to blink. He didn't answer. He just moved. One step. Then another. Slow, predatory patience in every shift of his weight, until my back hit the wall behind me. He lowered himself slightly, eyes locking onto mine again, his voice dropping to a whisper. "You want danger, principessa?" he murmured. "Keep talking to me like that... and I'll make sure you choke on the consequences you're begging for." A cold wave washed through me, sharper than fear, deeper than anger. My breath locked again, pulse hammering in my ears as his smirk returned, thin and satisfied. He didn't touch me. He didn't need to. He already had. #1 lasvegas 01/25/2026

Five years ago, Aria Castellano learned the truth that destroys most people: innocence is the easiest weapon an enemy can use. So she cut hers out. Piece by piece. She left New York to sever every tie that made her vulnerable-family, friends, and the boy she loved enough to become a liability. She traded softness for strategy, hesitation for violence, and the girl she used to be for a woman who understands that survival requires dirty hands and an even dirtier conscience. Now she's back. Not for forgiveness. Not for closure. But to finish the war that began long before she knew she was part of it. Her return exposes traitors, rattles alliances, and forces her to face the one person she swore she'd never see again. And the worst part? It hurts. It shouldn't- but it does. Still, pain is a small price. Because Aria isn't in New York to feel. She's here to win. And she stopped fearing the monster inside her the moment she realized- monsters survive longer.

"𝐈 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐨𝐲." ~ Marriage was never for love-it was for legacy. A strategy. A performance. And for the Lombardis and the Morettis, it was the most calculated, showstopping alliance of the century. Roman Moretti, Don of the La Cosa Nostra, and Angeline Lombardi, only daughter of the French-Italian Mafia Capo, had been betrothed since her birth --matched to unite two empires under one crown. Hidden from the world, Angeline was raised to be the perfect wife. Groomed. Silenced. Controlled. She learned early that one misstep would strip her of everything-including her name. Everyone's first mistake? They underestimated her. Though no one had ever seen her, the world assumed the Lombardi Princess was a polished doll. Quiet. Disposable. Roman saw the marriage as a formality-another calculated step toward total dominance. He had no plans to love her. No plans to live with her. Just a wife on paper, tucked away from him elsewhere, summoned when needed for appearances. But everything changed the moment he saw her walking down the aisle. She was perfection. Untouchable. She would be his ruin, his weakness, his obsession, his motivation. His everything. But what if that had been her plan all along? Not everything buried stays dead. Not every identity is what it seems. In a world where saints become monsters and monsters are worshipped like gods, Angeline must decide what's worth saving: her bloodline, her love, or herself. ~ -HEA -18+ -Romance/mystery/thriller -No Cheating/OWD -DARK ROMANCE "OMYGOSH. This book was immaculate. I could NOT put it down at all. Every chapter was AMAZING, the writing is shakespears work and each chapter made me laugh, smile, cry so much and this whole thing was a rollercoaster of emotions." -@Sunfloweraate8

"Hi, I'm Maddison Rogers and this is my husband Steve." Nope. Let's try that again. "Hi, I'm Maddison and this is my husband Steve." Nah, one more time. "Hi, I'm Mrs Rogers." Nope. I just could not get that to sound natural, because it was all bullshit. One more time, girl. You can do this. "Hi, I'm Maddison Rawlings and I've been forced to go undercover with the one person at the agency who despises me and believe me, the feeling is mutual. So let's just try and make it through the year without having a complete mental breakdown, ok?" Sounded pretty good if you ask me.
