💛 Spoiler: This is an alternative history that asks the question: What if the Mortal Trial had gone completely differently. What if Feng Jiu had not saved Emperor Song from drowning after all and Dong Hua had shamelessly come back to live a married life with his Jiu'er? What if Dong Hua had some goddess friends who were very much into a DongFeng happily ever after because they are convinced two of them are a destined pair and decided to let Feng Jiu in on Dong Hua's secret? What if after all that, something ended up happening and forgot their time in the Mortal Realm anyway? What if Feng Jiu is not the usual cardio-typic fox and has her own unique kind of Fox Magic? The Peach Orchard Series consost of three alternative history story based on Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms to find multiple avenues to a happily ever after for Dong Hua and his Jiu'er. The uniting themes of these stories are the prologue which details a catalyzing event of Bai Feng Jiu's which can go in three very different directions, some awesome goddesses that I have borrowed from the Chinese pantheon, and a some shady politics in the Nine Heavens. Cover By Me (I do not own the Characters) Forbidden lovers Bai Feng Jiu and Dong Hua Dijun suddenly get sent to modern day China, where magic still exists, but even danger still knows where to find them. A young woman who has travelled to the magical world and back to modern China drugs both Feng Jiu and Dijun, sending them into a world that isn't quite the same as theirs. Xu'er gives them a second chance for their love to blossom, for them to take the chance they couldn't back home, but what if being in this world changes how they feel about going back to a life where they can't be together? Is the danger to strong for them to want to go back? Or is ridding the danger giving them a chance to build a life together?

" Dong Hua had said yes...he willingly gave up his love fate. It was not a big deal, he didn't believe in love anyways. Love would never find him, he was immune. However love always finds a way and usually when it's least expected. My version of the story begins when Dong Hua removed his name from the Rock of Three Incarnations. The events of the Eternal love Tv Drama and The Pillow book have not happened yet as Dong Hua first meets Bai Feng Jiu when she is a baby. Even though this is set in an alternate universe I will incorporate some parts of the TV drama and book into the story. Lets take this ride with my 2 favorite characters and see where this takes us! I do not own these characters. This is my original fan fiction story and even though the story starts off with innocence, it will at some point include mature sexual and violence related content. A Dong Hua Dijun and Bai Feng Jiu story...

Author's note I have written this story about Dong Hua and Feng Jiu, from both's point of view. The story begins from the moment Dong Hua ordered her not to come again to his palace and she left, not to see him ever again. I try to describe the feelings and the concerns of these two rare persons and their struggles to face life's difficulties without losing their integrity. I hope I have done it successfully. This story consists of 19 chapters and its title is "Life has its own ways". All the characters and the relationships of the novel come from the series "Eternal Love of Dream" and they don't belong to me. I hope that my english will not affect your reading. I will update once a week or sooner.

I personally find Dong Hua in TMOPB to be nearly irredeemable, but I am going to take whatever qualities he does have: self-sacrifice, curiosity, intellect, mischievousness, and obvious love of our favorite fox and give him back some of that fighting spirit and actual heart he seems to have abandoned in his retirement. I'd like to abandon the TMOPB writers at the Gates of Heaven with a quick goodbye myself for all that they put Dong Hua and Feng Jiu through. You have been duly warned: There will be a happy ending every time!
