Her parents were neglectful, they liked her twin sister, Maemi, more. They never said why but (Y/N) knew the reason: Maemi had the better quirk. They expected more from Maemi, but (Y/N) didn't mind. When someone doesn't have any expectations of you it's easy to make them proud. Not that (Y/N) wanted her parents to proud of her, not anymore. The only thing (Y/N) wants now is to prove them wrong. Make it into UA and become a better hero than her sister will ever be. That'll be her way out, her own success even if attending UA was far from what she wanted.
