In this story Izuku is the half blooded saiyan child of Bardock and Inko Midoriya. Izuku will have a similar style of fighting to Bardock and will act like Bardock. Izuku will be harassed a lot because of a promise he made not to fight.

When he goes to tell his best friend Kacchan about his quirk he notices a group of girls nearby bulling another girl with her blonde hair in messy buns.
