STORY 1 Ivy James loved being top of the school; she could click her fingers and get anyone to fulfill whatever her heart desired. She was happy enough with her equal, top jock, bad boy boyfriend, and there was nobody that could bring them down. Apart from a tiny rumor that people had seen Ivy and her boyfriend's best friend going into a room together at a party. What nobody knows is the evil that happened that night and the ways in which the queen bee's life changed accordingly. Trying to navigate the aftershocks of assault, Ivy captures the interest of another member of the 'golden group'. He is fascinated by her and the way she acts around people. And before they both know it, not only are they navigating their own secrets, they find themselves engulfed in each other. It's funny how we fall in love with the most unexpected person at the most unexpected time. *Disclaimer* this story includes scenes of a sexual nature and reference to sexual violence. It will also include descriptions of symptoms of mental illness.

They say the best things in life are unexpected but so are the worst things. Especially the worst things. Lucas Cage has been blissfully ignorant to the harsh forthcomings of the world. Who can blame him? Growing up in a successful, millionaire family where legendary boxers are your blood has made him untouchable. His bold words, uncaring attitude, and cunning behaviour have always been forgiven by those who love and despise him alike. He's the devious boy that grew up into a malicious man even though his heart is in the right place. But what happens when tragedy strikes in his only known weakness: his family? His world as he knows it is turned upside down in the most unforgivable way and now he wants vengeance. He wants to hurt the way he's been hurt. And what better target than the only girl who's ever wrecked his heart? Olivia West has no idea she's become her former best friend's latest prey but that doesn't mean she's not ready for him. Because she wants her vengeance too and she wants it from the boy who shattered her heart all those years ago. She used to be his saviour but now she's his enemy and she plays the part disturbingly well. There's just one problem: devastation arises and threatens to rip both their families apart, something that's much bigger than the two of them. Their rivalry must be put on hold or they'll break under the weight of the world. For the first time in years they need each other, whether they like it or not, and discover that hate isn't the only passionate emotion that flares between them. But will they survive this unexpected path, or will they crash and burn? *Spin-off to the original FIGHTER'S DEN series. CAN be read as a stand-alone. "what're you doing?" "it's a pinkie promise" Aloura laughed lightly, grabbing his bruised hand and prying his pinkie from his locked fists. Her heart almost dropping at the sight of a small tattoo on his forearm. Evil incised into his skin, with two horns resting above the words. She stared at it for a moment, before shaking her thoughts away. "Now what?" he raises and eyebrow as his eyes lock with Aloura's. "You wrap it around mine" Aloura's gaze fell back onto their hands. Elias continued to watch her, and Aloura could feel her hands tremble from the nerves. His gaze almost burnt her, but she refused to meet it. "Just like that" she grins, gesturing to their now locked pinkies. "Now the promise is sealed in." Aloura's voice begins to falter. Elias' eyes fall to Aloura's lips. She licks them, and his eyes darken. Although they'd already kissed, Aloura found her knees beginning to weaken, and the oxygen around them no longer enough for two. Aloura's eyes flicker between Elias' and they stay like that for a moment, both too scared to be the first who pulls away. "That's all?" he whispers after a moment. His eyes now remaining on her lips. Aloura swallows, but nods, not trusting her voice to speak. "You can't break it" she whispers after a moment, feeling an overwhelming urge to warn him about the consequences of breaking a pinkie promise. "Or you'll lose your pinkie." A ghost of a smile tugs at his lips as he nods gently, mentally noting to not break the promise. Because who would risk their pinkie. Elias smirked after a moment before gently pressing his lips onto Aloura's slightly ajar ones. "What was that for?" Aloura whispers as he pulls away. Elias grinned, "My way of sealing a promise" Aloura laughed a little. But Aloura doesn't believe in promises. ♡ ♡ ♡ #1 in sad #pp1 in Elias #2 in Young Adult #7 in love #12 in crime #15 in sadstory #16 in romance #25 in death

Well I was clearly wrong... Moving into a dorm room with my high school best friends, let's just say my friends get attention, and because I'm associated with them, I get attention. Of course my life is never simple. Roma Carter - Okay, so WSU wasn't my first choice- however, when you have three best friends who beg for you to come with them, how could I say no. This is my third year at WSU, and my main goal is to win the state championship, being Captain and QB means a lot of pressure. So that meant no distractions, that wouldn't be hard for me. Of course you're probably thinking about girls being a distraction. However, I'm a cliché, I don't date, I don't get attached, as my friends would say, "one and done." That was until I saw her.
