TRIGGER WARNING ⚠️ This is your trigger warning. Please do not read any further if you are easily triggered. I began writing this book in 2018 when I was at one of the worst times in my life. I am still writing it in 2020, and am hoping to write it for many more years to come, and eventually publish it. This book mentions self harm, suicidal thoughts, disassociation, eating disorders , abuse and other heavy themes. If you are triggered easily, I recommend not reading this until you are in a better state of mind or until you feel ready. This book talks about many aspects of mental health and things I have suffered throughout my life and how I've dealt with these issues. If you are interested, please take a read. Please remember you are loved and worthy of love. Please reach out to a trusted adult if you need some support. This book is not designed to offend or upset anyone.
