Soulmate AU with the main ship being KageHina, but there will be others mentioned. They were childhood friends, but then Kageyama moved when they were six. Ten years later he's back in town, and their Soul Animals notice. (A Soul Animal will be explained in the book should you choose to read it.) After not being near each other for ten years, and losing contact with each other, Hinata and Kageyama try to get back into their groove, or make a new one if the need arises, but they have to jump through a few hoops, and over a few hurtles before that can happen.

Kageyama is bullied at school after coming out as gay to the point of self harm and depression. Until one day, he gets a message from an anonymous messenger app telling Kageyama that they love him.
