After the war with Darkseid, Raven is able to fix the Earth's doomed fate before the Flashpoint. Along the way, she realizes who gave her the strength to do so. This is the altered version of my work: "Not Part of the Job" Damian Al Ghul never meets his father and stays by his mother's side in the League of Assassins. When he is assigned a new target, a girl named Raven, he knows this will be a challenge for multiple reasons. One of them being that he finds himself growing attached to her as they bond.

Raven had forgot what it meant to be human a long time ago. Now it was time she remembered.

After being freed of her father, 19 year old Raven tries to finally embrace the birthright she's ran from so long in an attempt to become a stronger superhero.

Luckily for Raven, as she is about to be publicly executed for rumors of witchcraft, she meets the most arrogant pirate in the history of the 17th century; Damian Al Ghul. The two of them must put aside their pride and help each other in order to complete their quests.

As Raven and Damian Wayne of the Teen Titans are tasked to go undercover to follow a villain suspected to be amidst the Gotham Academy students, they soon begin to see hidden sides of each other emerge -- and maybe they like it.

After a bout inclement weather, vacation plans go array for everyone. With their friends unable to reach them, it's Raven and Damian who end up stuck together in a chalet on a snowy mountain top. They've never been alone together -- and certainly not for an interminable period of time. While Damian has little tact, it seems clear that Raven would rather be anywhere else -- with anyone else. And steadily the metaphorical chill inside the Wayne Chalet starts to rival the temperature outside. What will they do if the weather doesn't improve and they are stranded indefinitely? Perhaps the storm will strengthen their bond and they'll find a way to come together. Or, will they simply freeze each other out?

It should have been impossible - but then, they were more than used to the impossible. Life decided it had other plans for Damian and Raven, so why shouldn't they make plans of their own?
