[This is a rewrite of my other story, also named Down up and around.] Patroclus is dead, and this he knows for a fact. So he is rather surprised when he wakes up to find himself in a world two thousand years in the future, in a camp for demigod kids. Little does he know his true love follows soon behind. When the oracle delivers a prophecy, ordering a quest, how will the old work with the new, and how can Patroclus and Achilles go back to where they belong, in the underworld?

Fic based off this prompt: "The prince is forced to meet a bunch of girls to find one to marry and he gets bored and flees to the kitchen to meet a serving boy his own age and they start hanging out and fall in love PLZ"

THERE IS A BIT OF SWEARING. This is the ship between Patroclus and Achilles of The Illiad. I still ship Achilles and Briseus but I thought these were funny and wanted to put them here.
