Dramione story

Harry lost the battle of Hogwarts, causing chaos. Hermione gets stunned attempting to run. Voldemort reads Her mind and discovers that he's made a mistake. Hermione was taken away as a prisoner of Malfoys only to get attached.

Draco's having a hard time coping with the world post-war, and he uses sex and alcohol to get by. It never occurred to him that Hermione might be coping in a similar fashion.

Five years into to the war, the Order is pulling ahead after ages of drastically losing. Draco Malfoy notices. He wants in. He offers himself as a double agent, but the Order requests more. They've created a new spell that binds two people's magical cores together in order to make a nearly unbeatable pair of duelists. Draco agrees to bind himself to the person most compatible with his magical core. Even if it is Hermione Granger.
