As a suspected terrorist with possible powers, the young team of heroes are ordered to watch over her until further evidence could be found. But the longer they spend time with her, the more they don't believe the accusation. What happens when she meets someone new who catches her eye? What if she joins the team in hopes of healing her damaged soul? What happens when the team encounter people who Percy has managed to piss off during her months after the war? Sometimes people can't help being heroes and Percy is one of those people. After a life of adventures and quests, Percy thought she'd want to do normal things. But after stopping a woman from bleeding out on the streets of Manhattan, she became entangled in the want to help people. She fashioned a costume and went out on the streets. Of course, things went wrong. Taken in by the Justice League after accidentally helping a villain, Percy finds solace in being treated normal. But how long can that last when she's thrust into the position of the Team's resident healer?

Percy thinks she's done with the demigod life for the moment. After all she told the gods that she wanted to be left alone. Not even a week later, her dad appears and tells her he has something she needs to do. And it's not like she can ignore what he wants... Heroes are the good guys, villains are the bad guys. It's the dichotomy that rules the world. The line between them can blur, but it's ultimately the side you lean towards that determines where you fall. For Percy, the line is something she walks and toes on a near daily basis. Hero or villain, villain or hero, the coin wobbles on its edge as it spins around. When the two sides come crashing together with all the grace of cymbals in a junior high marching band, her only choice is to adapt and push through.
