Kena is a senior in high school who suddenly has to suffer from constant, widespread pain. She spends months going from doctor to doctor in an effort to figure out what's wrong with her. Loved ones struggle to comfort her and support her because they are afraid of hurting her more. With her health problems, her boyfriend joining the army, trying to keep her grades up, and planning out her future, Kena's life is absolutely hectic.
