Izuku was kidnapped by a Mad Doctor who experimented on quirkless kids. Being a complete failure Izuku was sold to the underground circus where he learned many things that would be useless for a normal life. ________ "Sir, subject 4 has gone unconscious," the underling said to the doctor. As he turned off the electricity pulsing through the frail boy the room's light's glowed brighter. "I'm not a blimey idiot!" He raged.
