After being sent to an abusive teen therapy camp 'Wildridge', leading a revolt, then spending some time on the run, the facility feels like just another prison. She's considered a troubled, rough around the edges youth that's too smart for her own good. With lingering trauma and a history of trouble, she's sure her biological father will run the other way. Title is a work in progress, open to any suggestions! I can't believe I have to clarify this but: The main character is sixteen, younger in flashbacks, there will be NO romance plot-line with any task force members or any older adults/young adults. There may be romance sub-plots with other future teenage characters of similar age. I haven't written in a long time, so might not be my best work, open to any constructive criticism.
