This story starts with a boy from Yokohama in Japan, called Firey ???, (we don't know his last name) who has psychic abilities and COULD be the only person(?) to have so. However, there is a problem with this: he... wants to live a normal life. Nothing satisfies him, whether if it's romance, fame or eating 32 kilograms of nachos in one sitting, nothing does it for him BUT one thing: being ABSOLUTELY normal and ONLY normal. However, he has terrible luck, so of course, everything he wants; he will never get it. Many different adventures and conflicts follow this world, filled with dumb people, and... nothing else, basically. Oh, and a Japanese Idol named Leafy who is wayyy too interested in him. In an alternate universe, the BFB cast is in high school (and are humanized). They have to go through the ups and downs of going to high school, dealing with relationships, and somehow surviving the sadistic principal/math teacher Four. And yeah, I know this was done a few times before, I just wanted to give a go at it.

After many challenges and scarring experiences for his , Mephone thinks that his contestants need to meet others who have had experiences similar to theirs. After mysteriously meeting Four and X, he hears about how some have had similar experiences to his contestants and want them all want them to meet each other so they can both feel what it's like to be hosts again. After much persuasion, OJ lets Mephone and Four run the hotel for the time being while all everyone stays there. With about 90 contestants and only 2 hosts and 3 co-hosts, surely crazy things are to happen. Especially with the drama already going on and secret evils in the waiting... IDFB... one of BFDI's greatest mysteries. Have you ever noticed how in BFB, it's barely ever mentioned? The only reference to it is one mention of the wall teleporter, and the word "Yoyle" is never even said - with the exception of the occasional catchphrase of "Yoylecake!" Not to mention that in the short Paper Towel, the Yoyle Needy is visible behind Yoyle Mountain, yet it's completely gone in BFB. It's almost like the contestants don't WANT to talk about it... what in the world happened?!
