Katie Betzing was a normal sixteen year old, she played volleyball, was two time class president, and loved spending time with her family and friends. All that changed in an instant, and she was left constantly on edge and scared. She couldn't sleep, she couldn't eat, and she didn't feel safe. Deciding to do something about it, she signs up for a self defence class. Enter Josh Brueckner, local MMA fighter and Katie's self defence teacher. Between thrown punches and smouldering looks, sparks fly but can the two overcome the multitude of obstacles between them and happiness?
