I've begun flirting with my best friend these days. Nothing to deep, compliments, light touching, flirty phrasing, textbook flirting. Though a bit embarrassing it's started to make me happy when he gets flustered. It's seeing an other side of him that I never thought existed. You might be thinking, "Emma, you might fall in love." This fanfiction takes place after where the manga ends. Emma has started her life anew with her big family once more. She tries her best to rekindle her bonds with the people who once meant the world to her, and rediscover herself in the process. However, Ray seems to be the only one who has trouble being friends with her. As he tries to come to terms with the fact that his relationship with her may not be the same anymore, he also realizes that he has started to see Emma in a new light. He finds his newfound feelings for her to be hard to swallow, especially when his other best friend Norman has liked her since childhood, and Emma herself doesn't remember how close they once were in the past. How does Emma see Ray anyway with no memories to affect her perception of him?
