MAJOR VOLUME 2 SPOILERS!! Shortly after the Upside Down leaks into Hawkins, the group decides to go back down there to collect data while the creatures and Vecna are destroyed. When in the alternate world, Dustin and Steve go back to Eddie's trailer. Dustin goes to see Eddie one last time before burying him. When he makes his way over there, the body is gone, and so is Steve. Trigger Warning - Substances, sensitive topics, (heavy) gore, and infinite sadness.

Steve Harrington is part of the highchool baskett ball team and is friends with Jason Carver, a group project rolls around and Steve is paired with Eddie Munson the leader of the Hellfire club. One dark night steve shows up at Eddie's door, with a confession.

Little do they know they're the cure. Now, Steve and Robin have to go through one hell of an emotional journey to save their lives. (Taking place after all the action of season 4, V2 isn't out yet so we'll just say everyone lived and the world is saved. Also almost no mention of the California party.)

After Steve, Nancy, Robin, and Eddie escape from the upside down, they seek refuge from the police in a small motel outside Hawkins. Steve deals with conflicting feelings about Eddie on a journey of finding out who he is, and Eddie might fall for him in return. Can the two boys navigate their feelings through the insanity of Hawkins? Or will their feelings for each other never come to the surface? (Story takes place directly after the events of Season 4, Volume 1.
