this is a rewrite of an old story of mine. it has the same title, and I decided I wanted a more detailed story line. my original was rushed, undetailed, and flawed.(Not saying this wont be oops) this is klance, but no smutt, this is a work safe story folks, but gore warning? *Just to clear up the confusion, lotor is not half altean in this au* lance is an altean, and keith is galra, altean, and human. his mother is galra and altean, while his father was human. lance is a special type of altean, almost artificial. he has the rarest power since it is completely unique. he was water, and lightning powers. alteans normally only have water, ice, OR earth powers due to their peaceful tendencies. (No fire or lightning etc.) But, they are apparent on EXTREMLY rare occasuons.He got them from allura, who used her power to save him from a deadly disease when he wasnt even born yet. He was born with white hair, and altean markings. *warning*...a little gory?? some sensitive topics Plus, the cover art is not mine, I looked it up on google and couldn't find the credit. KLANCE BAND After Keith's music producer dropped him so they could focus on different performers, he decided to pursue his other dream and become a dance teacher. His brother Shiro invites one of his good friends to do a dance class with a few other guests. What Keith didn't know was that these "other guests" were actually the band who is the reason he no longer sings. Keith is informed that the band are looking for a new band member but never imagines that he'd be offered a spot in the band (and tricked into joining the band too). On the path if fame, Keith learns more about his new friends and himself. He discovers new emotions and feelings and he may even form a bond closer than friendship with none other than the bands most popular, and in Keith's eyes, the worlds most obnoxious human; Lance McClain. But everyone has their secrets. Everyone had their insecurities. But will Keith and Lance be able to over come their doubts together? Keith stood atop of the tallest building and looked out over the rooftops of New Altea. This is where his life changed. For the good and the bad. The raven haired male chuckled as he closed his eyes and took a deep breath in, letting the crisp chill of the morning comfort him. Keith didn't know any better way to start the morning than this right here. Just looking out at the city he loved while seeing the sun rise with out an obscured view. His moment of relaxation was interuppted thought, but it didn't damper his mood. The sounds of sirens blazing in the streets down below gained his attention. He smiled mischievously as he knelt down in a crouched position. Reaching up he tugged the red, black and blue mask down over his face as he locked sight with the police chase. "Good morning.." He said to himself as he shot a string of web to the building across the way, holding on to the end of it. Pushing himself off the edge of the roof, Keith felt the rush of air, adrenaline and excitement with a cheerful laugh. "Time to start the day!" The superhuman yelled with a final 'whoop!' as he swung towards the sirens. - I hope you like this new description, I tried to make it interesting. This is a Klance Spider-Man au book.
