There she helps them with seeing what Gotham has become as she was away and meets some new villains. One catches her eye the most a green suited man named Edward Nygma or as he goes by The Riddler.

While the Joker and his empire wage war on Harley, Batman is faced with the moral dilemma of keeping the Joker alive for the legal system to deal with him, or let Harley try to take care of the Joker, permanently.
