Gon's family moved from the western part of Japan to the main city Tokyo. Meaning he will have to go to a new school, new friends, new people all over again. Gon never liked the idea of leaving his school and most of his family behind, but it wasn't up to him. Specifically because he's blind, it makes it harder to do most things others can. Life in general for him has always been hard for him because he was born "unlucky" people like to say. That's until he meets somebody who could change his whole perspective of life.
