Alma was tired of her life. She was middle aged, fat with so many problems. She married her husband young and love bloomed. He was her one and only and she still loved him after spending 25 years with him. Alma longed to change her life, get fit, eat well and spend more time enjoying life with her husband. She battles with anxiety and depression, she is herself worst enemy. One day she decides to go out for a walk, something she has not done in years, she is feeling proud of herself but she did not prepare well enough, there was icing on the path and she slipped and fell hard, when Alma finally wakes up she is not home, she in a forest and it's hot.
