[Metals of the Moon Trilogy: Book 1] Roy Talonn, the Gamma of the Fortem Lupus Pack, doesn't want his mate. Okay, that's not 100% true. The man is at war with himself and his own wolf, Cliffe--for the matter. He knows his life is too dangerous--there are some werewolves known to resent others who have his pack position--there have been instances where they've attacked wolves of power. Plus, he has a secret; a sad and dark secret. As far as he knows, the only way he can protect his mate from his past is to break their relationship off before it has even begun. Morgan Gray is the cute brunette nerd who works at a bookstore with her best friend. She's a ball of spontaneity and good character; a dorky ray of sunshine. Although not an extrovert, she knows how to talk to people and break down their walls. Mo is a good match for someone who constantly puts up the walls. Specifically, Roy Talonn. But there's a slight problem; she's human. ''''' What will happen when their lives collide? Will Roy finally trust Morgan enough to let her in? To reveal the burden he carries? And when tragedy strikes their lives, will they be able to recover? Trust me when I say this; their story is worth reading. ''''' Warning: This is clean; there is no s*x, curse words, and mature themes. BUT, there are fight scenes and descriptions of major character sadness. If you are triggered by these, then I'd advise you to not read this. If you do read it, I'd recommend bringing lots of tissues and comfort food. ''''' Hey! This is my first attempt at a werewolf book! I've been wanting to write one for a while; so I hope I'll do well!! *fingers crossed* ''''' Updates are on Wednesdays!! "Life shall keep nature as nature creates life." I am Shantaire, and I have a story to tell you. It all started three-hundred years ago, after me and my comrades were able to settle our world. Melharmo had been in peace for all merits. Sure, there were quarrels somewhere else but at least those were merely part of the prevalent cycle like economic crises, few little misunderstandings, crimes which could be handled by the enforcement of the law, and other unexpected, manageable destructions due to natural phenomena. Until something had gone wrong, which brought us to the present. The Cosmic War is about to come once again because of some selfish miscreants, and there's one way to stop it. We need the Paladins of the Cosmos to relocate the Wes-tallia and summon Naitora, the one who can grant the wishes of his children. However, I have to get them back from the earth, whether they want it, or not. Shane Filan, Brian McFadden, Nicky Byrne, Mark Feehily and Kian Egan are the five Irish teenagers who have been finding ways to resolve their own personal life crises and fulfil their pivotal insecurities and indifferences. Two of them suffer from chronic illnesses, one fights against his toughest enemy, and two of them try to figure out where they want to go on someday. Everything seems fine as they continue with their young intricate lives, even though each of them walks on different roads of uncertainties. Nothing can really go wrong until the day when I come, though it was never my own will to convey disaster. When they wake up returning to the world where their souls had naturally come from and discover about their real identities, these young sorcerers will have to embark on the trek where they may risk their lives in order to save the two worlds they think where they must belong to, as well as to establish a good friendship, and solve the puzzles that are left undone to the past. There will be great decisions, even sacrifices to make but I'm counting on them.
