Emily Weatherly was no gently-bred London debutante. In fact, she had thrived on the streets of London, a pickpocket and urchin, until Fate threw her lot in with the Weatherly's, a prestigious family who unselfishly raised her as their own and protect her from a heinous secret that could destroy her life. Despite this, she is never truly accepted as a proper lady, always scorned and ridiculed, and she vows to do her adopted family proud by making a respectable match with a gentleman of some rank and notoriety. Sebastian Weatherly harbors a secret that could thwart his carefully constructed bachelorhood. Indiscriminate rake, scoundrel and downright rogue, he has had to endure Emily Weatherly's presence for as long as he could remember. "I am telling you, Lord Lancaster. I am not a tramp!" Clutching the ivory sheet meagerly hiding her bare torso as tightly as her clumsy hands would allow, Griselda Amelie Brown bestowed her notorious glare to the preposterous man lounging indolently on the rich, leather chair. Her chair. Her fury turned into pure rage as it became evidently clear that her glare that had the ability to make a large number of men nervous and sweaty had no effect on him. Oh no. Instead, amusement tugged his sensual lips up into a smile. "Did I say that, My Lady?" His warm, suave question brought her back to the present. But his possessive tone tempted her to give into the urge to throw a tantrum.

It starts negatively as most religious marriages do, and his cold demeanour and sexist views strain their relationship. The swordsman and personal favourite, of King Francis the First, Dominic has a lifestyle both lavish but lonely and as both as stubborn as they are can they become the couple they both wished they were? Rough Draft. Feedback is appreciated. Will edit Summer 2016.
