A young woman, obsessed with anime and manga, dies in the most clichΓ© way possible-hit by Truck-kun. Expecting to wake up in heaven, hell, or some grand afterlife, she's instead greeted by a tired System Administrator, tasked with sending her to fix the life of a girl from another world. The System offers her a single wish before sending her soul to a fantasy world as the daughter of a duke.
But instead of asking for strength, genius, or immortality... she asks for something far more sacred to her: her entire manga collection.
The System glitches. The Administrator blinks in disbelief.
"...You'd rather have comic books than power?"
"They're not comic books!" she protests. "They are called manga! My treasures! My reason for living!"
The System Administrator sighs, muttering, "I've processed thousands of transmigrations, but this... this is new."
And so, she is reborn in a fantasy world-with no cheat skills, no divine blessings, but an entire library of thousands of manga somehow stored inside her new bedroom.
Her collection even came with a magical lock, which prevented anyone from touching it unless she allowed it. A small enchantment perfect for peace of mind.
But one day, she returns to her room... only to find her older brother sitting cross-legged on her bed, flipping through one of her mangas.
Her eyes widen. Her hand flies to her mouth.
"I forgot to lock it!"
