A sequel to Konietzko and DiMartino's previous series Avatar: The Last Airbender. (Strays from what's cannon) Avatar Korra has been dead for almost 20 years, and people are starting to doubt there will be another avatar. Ever since Raava was ripped out of her, and her connection with the past avatars was lost, Korra always had a tiny doubt there wouldn't be another Avatar. Fortunately, it just took the White Lotus a while to find her. Luna is an unsure Earthbender from a place nearly no one has heard of. But, she is the only one who can even begin to understand and defeat this new threat to the world. But even with her friends helping her, will she even be able to defeat them once and for all? I highly recommend you at least watch The Legend of Korra before you read this. The times, places, and people will make sense. It would be even better if you watch Avatar: The Last Airbender as well. I've never been all that big on adventure. Sure, in my head I was the greatest adventurer who ever lived, slaying demons and taming dragons and what have you. But when you're actually there, and you realize that you're not just there but a Mary Sue too.... well that actually sucks. Awesome in its own way, but nobody wants to be a Mary Sue, or a Gary Stu or whatever. Oh right, I'm getting off track here. My name? Not Mary, that's for sure, but it generally depends on the story. See, if I was to introduce myself in a Japanese or another Asian styled world by my English name....that would be weird.... so I pick a name that I figure fits. Today my name is Amaya. Why? Well, I liked it. And I guess it fits. The name means "Night Rain", and it fits because well, I woke up in the middle of a forest in the middle of the night....and it was raining. Funny how that works huh? Also, I'm a waterbender. Neat right? I guess. But I digress. I should really get to the story right? Well, like I said, it was a rainy night, and I was cold, lost and alone....

Krátká novela „Katara: Soukromý život vládkyně krve" je jednou z mála Avatar: The Last Airbender fan fikcí psychologické lyriky a možná vůbec první takováto česká TLA fan fikce. Několik kapitol pojednává o citovém vnímání a projevech Katary v druhé polovině 3.knihy seriálu, o tom, jak se její postava v průběhu jednoho roku na cestách s avatarem změnila a jakým niterným otřesem prošla po konfliktu s vládkyní krve Hamou, v průběhu nebezpečné invaze a příchodu prince Zuka do týmu. Novela poukazuje především na Katařino strádání v tomto období, způsobené nejen skličujícími výzvami, jimž je nucena čelit, ale také depresí spojenou s ovládáním krve a příchodem nového úplňku, poskytuje pohled na věc z Katařiny strany, na rozdíl od seriálu a většiny fanfikcí, které popisují události jen z pohledu Zuka, jehož prezentují jako nepochopeného hrdinu a zcela opomíjejí jeho zrádcovskou a nepřátelskou roli po většinu příběhu. Strohý děj novely také smutně dokazuje, že ne všechny oběti jsou hodnoceny kladně, ani mezi přáteli není na všechny věci nahlíženo nestranně a ukazuje, jak rychle může zákeřné duševní onemocnění zcela rozvrátit i to nejkrásnější a nejpevnější přátelství a vztah. Novela obsahuje z velké části originální příběh TLA, zbytek je přepracovaná, upravená verze originálu. Některé pasáže a zápletky pomou poukazovat na knižní a filmové dílo Watership Down nebo počítačovou hru Mafia, které jsou druhotnou inspirací k sepsání novely.
