Harry Potter was tired, and he was afraid. Voldemort's crimson eyes met emerald, and a fission of understanding flared between the two. Both were orphans, both half-bloods. Both came to Hogwarts looking for a family and a place to call home but all they received were admirers and those who only teased and scoffed at them. Now that they were bound to each other - in more ways than one - they would be unstoppable. The alleged hero and villain stepped through together, standing together in darkness as equals. Harry Potter had been lied to all his life. It turns out that he is not the son of Lily and James Potter, but the lost/stolen son of Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy.
