Aleana is the daughter of Gandalf the Grey and a dear friend to Frodo Baggins. When the ring falls in the possession of Frodo, Gandalf asks Aleana to look after him, helping him to get the ring to Mordor to destroy it. Along the journey she meets many foes, but many friends as well. As well as a chance for love with a handsome Ranger from the North. But darkness dwells among Middle Earth and haunts her mind. Before she knows it, Aleana is fighting two battles. The one before everyone and the one in her mind. Will she have the courage to be victorious or will she fail and fall to the depths of evil? Perhaps it is love she needs to prevail, but how sure can she be that she will receive that love when the one she loves belongs to someone else?

There was a Princess in the Woodland Realm. She was the oldest of four children. Unlike her siblings, though, she was forced to stay inside the kingdom. Tavelier was angry about this, so she decided to change who she was after running away from home. Years pass, and she still hadn't returned home. When she joins the Company of Thorin Oakenshield, she will have to return. Will her family welcome her back, or will they push her away after what she did? The days spent within the confines of a cage were perhaps some of the worst days that Beorn had ever known. Through a chance encounter of a fellow escaped prisoner, he has to slowly come to terms with perhaps not being the only skin-changer left. Though this has left him with many questions, he doesn't seem wholly able to voice them without Azog's cruel intrusions. When both skin-changers cross paths again, a plan to escape and a chance of freedom starts to stir and linger.

The journey has barely begun and she's already having strange feelings for the King. She doesn't understand what this pull means and Thorin seems to be in the same boat. But unlike her, he actually knows what's going on and is doing his best to ignore it. But a skin changer only has one mate in their lifetime and it's rare for a Dwarf to find their One. So when that true love is found, it's dangerous to avoid it.

Two decades ago a young bane was found on the outskirts of Gondor by the 15 year old Earnur son of Earnil King of Gondor. This young bane was brought back to palace, where she grew up to become a fierce and beautiful young girl with certain abilities unlike no other. Four years have now past since any word or sighting of her had been, since she left leaving behind nothing but a letter.
